What scares me is how easily it happened.

He's got a lot going on in his life right now. And he obviously feels that this is the time.

He's very composed at what he does. He's very focused and he knows what he has to do. He knows how to prepare for games. He's very good at it, he doesn't get sidetracked, he knows what he has to do to deal with the media and gets it done, then focuses on what he has to do. He's tremendous at it for 18 years old.

Hopefully, it's a starting point. That's what we have to look for right now. We're getting better.

He's everything we expected. It's great that he could come in and do a good job like this in his first month under all this pressure.
